JOINING STRUCTURE OF PCaPC FLOOR SLUB, JOINING METHOD OF PCaPC FLOOR SLUB, AND COMPOSITE FLOOR SLUB
To provide a joint structure of a PCaPC floor slab, a joint method of the PCaPC floor slab, a composite floor slab, and a manufacturing method of the composite floor slab, capable of shortening installation work of the PCaPC floor slab.SOLUTION: A joint structure 1 of the PCaPC floor slab for installing and joining a plurality of PCaPC floor slabs 112 on a bridge girder along a bridge axial direction includes a plurality of composite floor slabs 11 in which a waterproof layer 111 made of rubber latex concrete containing rubber latex is previously placed on a surface layer of the PCaPC floor slab 112, a filling part 130 formed by filling a rubber latex-containing filling material 110a containing rubber latex in a gap S formed at a joint end part between the plurality of installed composite floor slabs 11, 12; the waterproof layer 111 is made of latex concrete containing 3% or more and 6% or less of rubber latex and 1% or more and 2% or less of silica, and the filling material 110a containing rubber latex contains 10% or more and 13% or less of rubber latex and 2% or more and 3% or less of silica.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】PCaPC床版の設置工事の短縮化が図られたPCaPC床版の接合構造、PCaPC床版の接合方法、複合床版、及び複合床版の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】複数のPCaPC床版112を橋桁上に橋軸方向に沿って設置して接合するPCaPC床版の接合構造1において、PCaPC床版112の表層にゴムラテックスを含有するゴムラテックスコンクリートからなる防水層111が予め打設された複数の複合床版11と、設置された複数の複合床版11,12同士の接合端部に形成される間隙Sに、ゴムラテックスを含有するゴムラテックス含有充填材110aが充填されて形成される間詰部130と、を備え、防水層111は、ゴムラテックスを3%以上6%以下含み、シリカを1%以上2%以下含むラテックスコンクリートからなり、前記ゴムラテックス含有充填材110aは、ゴムラテックスを10%以上13%以下含み、シリカを2%以上3%以下含む。【選択図】図1
