To provide a building material panel with a sandwich structure having a core material in which the intrusion of moisture into the core material is effectively prevented.SOLUTION: Provided is a joined structure where a first joining end part 40 of a panel 10 having a pair of face materials 21, 22 arranged opposite each other and a core material 30 arranged so as to be sandwiched between the face materials 21, 22 is fitted into a second joining end part 50 of the adjacent building material panel 10 to join the panels 10 together. A space between the first joining end part 40 and the second joining end part is provided with water resistant layers 91, 92 for covering exposed faces 75, 85 of the core materials 30 in both of the joining end parts 40, 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
