To install a dust removing device with less labor in a short time.SOLUTION: A dust removing device includes a screen unit SU. The screen unit SU includes: a foundation member 30 fixed to a foundation 50 above a water passage W; a pair of side plates 32 joined to each foundation member 30 and extending in the vertical direction; a plurality of girder members 34 joined to the pair of side plates 32 respectively and arranged at a predetermined interval in the vertical direction; a screen 1 arranged between the pair of side plates 32 and joined to each girder member 34; and an apron 7 arranged so as to continue to the upper side of the screen 1 and joined to the foundation member 30. The foundation member 30, the side plates 32, the girder members 34, the screen 1 and the apron 7 are joined integrally so as to be suspended.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
