To provide a roof structure with a solar cell capable of effectively utilizing a roof surface for photovoltaic power generation by an external installation material such as a detachable step and safety equipment, and easily performing maintenance of the solar cell after construction.SOLUTION: In the roof structure with the solar battery, a plurality of muntins 2 along a flow direction and a detachable external material straddling the adjacent muntins 2, 2 are mounted on a roof 1 having a flow gradient, and the muntins 2 have an upper surface part 21 provided with an opening 210, a hollow space 22 formed on the back surface side of the upper surface part 21 is provided, and a fixing part 21 arranged in the hollow space 22, a leg-like part 23 exposed from an opening 210 from the fixing part 21, and an installation part 24 provided at the tip of the leg-like part 23 are provided as external installation materials.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
