PANEL FIXING METAL FITTING
To provide a panel fixing metal fitting capable of improving fixing strength and stability by preventing co-rotation of a nut during fastening work and increasing a contact area with an upper flange.SOLUTION: A panel fixing fitting 1 is used for fixing a metal floor panel 10 to a beam 11 when the metal floor panel 10 is laid on an upper surface of an upper flange 11a of the beam 11. The panel fixing metal fitting 1 includes an upper member 2, a lower member 3, and a connecting bolt 4. The lower member 3 has a support arm part 3a abutting on a lower surface of the upper flange 11a of the beam 11, a rising neck part 3b, and a bolting shoulder part 3c. The bolt fastening shoulder 3c includes an upper surface part 31 and both side surface parts 32 forming a groove-shaped cross section, and a bolt through hole 31a through which the connecting bolt 4 passes is formed in the upper surface part 31, and both the side surface parts 32 have a width dimension enough to non-rotatably accommodate a nut 5 for fastening the connecting bolt 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】締結作業中のナットの共回り防止、また、前記上フランジとの接触面積を大きくすることによる固定強度、安定性の向上を実現できるパネル固定金具を提供する。【解決手段】金属製床パネル10を梁材11の上フランジ11aの上面に敷設するに際し、金属製床パネル10を梁材11に固定するためのパネル固定金具1である。パネル固定金具1は、上側部材2と下側部材3と連結ボルト4とからなる。前記下側部材3は、梁材11の上フランジ11aの下面に当接する支持腕部3aと、立ち上がり首部3bと、ボルト締結用肩部3cとを有する。前記ボルト締結用肩部3cは、前記溝形断面を形成する上面部31および両側面部32のうち、前記上面部31に、前記連結ボルト4を貫通させるボルト通し孔31aが形成され、前記両側面部32は、前記連結ボルト4を締結するナット5を回転不能に収容する幅寸とされている。【選択図】図1
