To provide a light reflection film which suppresses a heat island phenomenon with a constitution whose workability is excellent.SOLUTION: A light reflection film includes a translucent resin material layer J, and a light reflection layer B positioned on a rear surface side of the resin material layer J. On a surface of the resin material layer J, protrusion parts U including a short side S and a long side T which, in a cross-sectional view, cross with each other extending linearly toward the surface side of the resin material layer J from different positions in a crossing direction orthogonal to a thickness direction of the resin material layer J and have different lengths, are formed in a state of being arranged side by side in the crossing direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
