GROUND IMPROVEMENT DEVICE AND GROUND IMPROVEMENT METHOD
To provide a ground improvement device capable of suppressing water contamination upon ground improvement objected on soft soil with high water content and carrying out high quality ground improvement through prevention improvement strength from deteriorating without using a special base machine.SOLUTION: A ground improvement device 1 is provided with: a mixing blade 5 mixing improvement material and soil inside of a mesh structural cover 9; a blade support part 7 rotatably supporting the mixing blade 5; and the mesh structural cover 9 fixed on the blade support part 7. The mesh structural cover 9 is arranged to surround and cover over the mixing blade 5, and to allow a part of the mixing blade 5 to project from a downside. Carrying out ground improvement objecting bottom mud (sludge), for example, by using this type of the ground improvement device allows the sludge under construction to be efficiently prevented from being screwed up with the mesh structural cover. And more, when the mixing blade deteriorates contamination level, leakage of water flow to the outside of the mesh structural cover is suppressed by reducing the water flow inside of the mesh structural cover in a mixing area, which results suppression of river contamination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】特殊なベースマシンが不要で、含水比が高い軟弱土を対象にした地盤改良において水質汚濁を抑制でき、改良強度の低下を防いで高品質の地盤改良を可能にする地盤改良装置を提供する。【解決手段】地盤改良装置1は、網目構造カバー9の内側で改良材と土を混合攪拌する攪拌翼5と、攪拌翼5を回転可能に支持する攪拌翼支持部7と、攪拌翼支持部7に固定された網目構造カバー9を有する。網目構造カバー9は、攪拌翼5の周囲と上を覆うように、かつ、攪拌翼5の一部が下から突き出るように設けられている。このような地盤改良装置を用いて、例えば河川の底泥(ヘドロ)を対象にした地盤改良を行うことで、施工中のヘドロのまきあげを網目構造カバーにより効率的に抑止できる。また、攪拌翼により濁度が悪化した混合領域は網目構造カバー内側の水流が減少することによって外側への逸走は抑制され、その結果、河川水の汚濁が抑制される。【選択図】図3
