To provide an earth bucket management system and program, which can automatically manage a position of an earth bucket.SOLUTION: An earth bucket management system comprises: acquisition means to acquire a detection information, which is detected by an RFID sensor provided on a material shaft for linking an operation room of a pneumatic caisson and the ground and is related to an RFID tag fitted to an earth bucket passing through the material shaft; and calculation means to calculate a positional information showing whether a position of the earth bucket is in the operation room or on the ground based on the detection information acquired by the acquisition means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
