To provide a decorative sheet with a surface excellent in adhesion of a functional coating agent, the decorative sheet capable of exerting functionality when the functional coating agent is repeatedly applied.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet includes a surface protective layer on an outermost surface thereof. The surface protective layer has a water contact angle of 100° or less on a front side thereof. The surface protective layer has arithmetic average roughness Ra of 1 μm or more on the front side thereof measured in accordance with JIS B0601:2001, ten-point average roughness Rzjis of 10 μm or more, and average length RSm of a roughness curve element of 300 μm or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】本発明は、化粧シートの表面が機能性塗工剤の密着性に優れており、且つ、機能性塗工剤を繰り返し塗工した場合に、機能性を発揮することができる化粧シートを提供する。【解決手段】最表面に表面保護層を有する化粧シートであって、前記表面保護層の表面側の水接触角は１００°以下であり、前記表面保護層の表面側の、ＪＩＳ Ｂ０６０１：２００１に準拠して測定した、算術平均粗さＲａが１μｍ以上であり、十点平均粗さＲｚｊｉｓが１０μｍ以上であり、粗さ曲線要素の平均長さＲＳｍが３００μｍ以上である、ことを特徴とする化粧シート。【選択図】なし
