To provide a raw material for ALC, which can use conventional manufacturing equipment, requires no special equipment, facilitates quality control, has a small drying shrinkage rate, has excellent crack prevention performance, and can stably hold compressive strength equivalent to that of conventional products, and a method for manufacturing ALC using the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a quicklime mixed raw material for lightweight foamed concrete in which the weight of the CaO component of the quicklime derived from a shell is 20% to 100% of the weight of the CaO component in the quicklime derived from the limestone.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、従来の製造設備を用いることができ、特別な設備も必要とせず、品質管理が容易で、乾燥収縮率が小さく、すぐれた亀裂防止性能を有し、従来品と同程度の圧縮強度を安定して保持できる、ALCの原料、及びこれを用いたALCの製造法の提供を課題とする。【解決手段】貝殻由来の生石灰のCaO成分の重量が、石灰石由来の生石灰中CaO成分の重量に対して20%~100%の割合である軽量気泡コンクリート用生石灰混合原料、を提供する。【選択図】 図1
