WINDOW OPENING/CLOSING LOCK DEVICE, WINDOW SASH, AND WALL STRUCTURE
To provide a window opening//closing locking device capable of releasing a locked state by removing a locking mechanism from an indoor side even in a state of closing a sash when an operation failure occurs in the locking mechanism.SOLUTION: A locking mechanism 60 provided on the window frame side is includes a cam mounting plate 61 which comes into contact with and separates from one end of an interlocking member 4 for moving a lock pin in a non-coupled state, a locking/unlocking cam 62 which is pivotally attached to the cam mounting plate 61, a cam receiving bracket 63 having a cam guide section, and a tension coil spring 64 which applies an urging force for moving the interlocking member 4 to the cam mounting plate 61. The cam receiving bracket 63 is held at a closed position of a sash 20 via a take-out bracket 66 which is fixed to the indoor side from the closed position of the sash 20 through a male screw 542 as cam receiving fixing means, and when the male screw 542 is removed, the take-out bracket 66 and the cam receiving bracket 63 become movable in the direction in which the take-out bracket and the cam receiving bracket are separated from the interlocking member 4, thus preventing interference with the unlocking mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】施錠機構に動作不良が生じた場合、障子を閉じた状態でも屋内側から施錠機構を取り外してロック状態を解除し得る窓開閉ロック装置を提供する。【解決手段】窓枠側に設けられる施錠機構60は、ロックピンを移動させる連動部材4の一端に非結合状態で接離するカム取付プレート61と、カム取付プレート61に枢着された施解錠カム62と、カム案内部を有するカム受けブラケット63と、連動部材4を移動させる付勢力をカム取付プレート61に与える引張コイルばね64と、を具備する。カム受けブラケット63は、障子20の閉止位置よりも屋内側にカム受け固定手段としての雄ネジ542によって固定された持出しブラケット66を介して、障子20の閉止位置に保持され、雄ネジ542を取り外すと持出しブラケット66及びカム受けブラケット63が連動部材4から離反する向きに移動可能になって、解錠機構に干渉しなくなる。【選択図】図11
