CARBONATION DEVICE FOR CEMENT-CONTAINING MATERIAL, AND CARBONATION METHOD FOR CEMENT-CONTAINING MATERIAL
To provide a carbonation device for a cement-containing material capable of increasing the quantity of a carbonated cement-containing material to be mixed into concrete, etc., more than the prior arts.SOLUTION: A carbonation device for a cement-containing material comprises: a first heat exchanger chamber; a raw material introduction port which introduces a granular cement-containing material into the first heat exchange chamber; a first introduction port which introduces a high-temperature first gas containing CO2 into the first heat exchange chamber; a first exhaust port which is disposed at a vertically higher position than the first introduction port and through which the gas in the first heat exchange chamber is exhausted; a second heat exchange chamber which is disposed while communicating with the first heat exchange chamber vertically lower than the first heat exchange chamber and through which the cement-containing material flows in from the first heat exchange chamber; a second introduction port through which a second gas at a lower temperature than the first gas is introduced into the second heat exchange chamber; a second exhaust port which is disposed at a vertically higher position than the second introduction port and through which the gas in the second heat exchange chamber is exhausted; and a raw material discharge port for discharging the cement-containing material passing the inside of the second heat exchange chamber in which the second gas is circulated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
