To provide a shock-absorbing floor material that has excellent load-bearing capacity while also having an absorption effect due to its soft layer.SOLUTION: A shock-absorbing flooring material comprises a floor raising material, a floor base material formed with soft material that is provided below the floor raising material, and an intermediate material that is provided between the floor raising material and the floor base material. The floor base material has an Asker C hardness of 20 or more and 60 or less, and a thickness of 4 mm or more and 15 mm or less. The intermediate material has a thickness of 2 mm or more and 8 mm or less, and a strain (ε(σmax)) of 0.5% or more, where the maximum bending strength is obtained in a three-point bending test according to JIS K7074, and a bending elasticity modulus of 1 GPa or more and 15 GPa or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
