To prevent application of an excessive load to a mechanism for pressing an opening/closing body.SOLUTION: A water stop shutter device includes: an opening/closing body 10 which performs a closing operation so as to partition a space; a base section 30a; an actuator 50 which moves an advancing/retracting section 52 forward/backward by a specified amount relative to a main body section 51 supported by the base section 30a; a second opening/closing body pressing device 70 which presses the opening/closing body 10 in a closed state to an immovable site G2 or releases the pressing state by moving a connected section 71a connected to the advancing/retracting section 52 forward/backward; and a position adjusting mechanism 60 which adjusts the position of the main body section 51 relative to the base section 30a in the advancing/retracting direction of the advancing/retracting section 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
