To provide a fitting structure between a wooden structural member and a partition wall that ensures fire resistive performance.SOLUTION: A fitting structure 10 is at a fitting section between a wooden structural member 12 and a partition wall 14 fitted on outside thereof, the wooden structural member comprising a core material 16 made of a load-supporting laminate lumber, a second flame-stopping layer 18 provided on outside of the core material 16 and made of an inorganic material having heat absorbing and heat insulating properties, and a sheet-form first flame-stopping layer 20 fitted on outside of the second flame stopping layer 18 and demonstrating the heat insulating property by increasing in thickness when heated, and the partition wall 14 is fitted directly on an outer surface of the first flame-stopping layer 20, with a filler 38 provided in a gap between an underlayer material 32 of the partition wall 14 and the first flame-stopping layer 20, the filler disappearing or reducing in volume when heated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】耐火性能を確保することができる木質構造部材と間仕切り壁の取合い構造を提供する。【解決手段】荷重を支持する集成材からなる芯材１６と、芯材１６の外側に設けられ、吸熱性および断熱性を有する無機質材料からなる第２燃え止まり層１８と、第２燃え止まり層１８の外側に設けられ、加熱により増厚して断熱性を発現するシート状の第１燃え止まり層２０とを備える木質構造部材１２の外側に取り付けられる間仕切り壁１４の取合い部の構造１０であって、間仕切り壁１４は、第１燃え止まり層２０の外側の表面に直接取り付けられており、間仕切り壁１４の上張り材３２と第１燃え止まり層２０との間の隙間には、加熱により消失または体積が減少する充填材３８が設けられている。【選択図】図１
