ACCELERATING ADMIXTURE AND SHOTCRETE
To provide an accelerating admixture and shotcrete which is excellent in adhesion and rapid setting properties and has good pumpability not causing clogging when transferred with pressure by a pump or the like.SOLUTION: An accelerating admixture comprises: calcium aluminate where the molar ratio of contained CaO and Al2O3 (CaO/Al2O3) as chemical components is 2.0 to 2.7; alkaline earth metal sulfate; and aluminum sulfate. The calcium aluminate content is 55 to 70 mass% based on the total mass of the accelerating admixture. The mass ratio of calcium aluminate and alkaline earth metal sulfate ([mass of calcium aluminate]/[mass of alkaline earth metal sulfate]) is 1.4 to 2.85 in terms of anhydride. The mass ratio of alkaline earth metal sulfate and aluminum sulfate ([mass of aluminum sulfate]/[mass of alkaline earth metal sulfate]) is 0.01 to 0.15 in terms of anhydride.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】ポンプ等で圧送する際に詰まることのない良好な圧送性を有し、且つ、付着性及び急結性に優れる急結混和材及び吹付コンクリートを提供すること。【解決手段】化学成分としてのＣａＯとＡｌ２Ｏ３の含有モル比（ＣａＯ／Ａｌ２Ｏ３）が２．０～２．７のカルシウムアルミネート、アルカリ土類金属硫酸塩及び硫酸アルミニウムを含み、カルシウムアルミネートの含有量が、急結混和材全質量を基準として５５～７０質量％であり、カルシウムアルミネート及びアルカリ土類金属硫酸塩の質量比（［カルシウムアルミネートの質量］／［アルカリ土類金属硫酸塩の質量］）が、無水物換算で１．４～２．８５であり、アルカリ土類金属硫酸塩及び硫酸アルミニウムの質量比（［硫酸アルミニウムの質量］／［アルカリ土類金属硫酸塩の質量］）が、無水物換算で０．０１～０．１５である、急結混和材。【選択図】なし
