PHENOL FOAM LAMINATED PLATE
To provide a phenol foam laminated plate which meets the standard for non-flammable materials in ISO5660-1:2002, does not cause easy peeling off of an acrylic polymer latex mixture layer even under high humidity, and can maintain non-flammable performance for a long period of time.SOLUTION: In the phenol foam laminated plate of the present invention, a board containing magnesium silicate and/or calcium silicate is laminated on one or both sides of the phenol foam plate, and an acrylic polymer latex mixture layer containing at least any two of alcohols having 12 to 14 carbon atoms, silicon oxide, magnesium oxide, and acrylic polymer latex is formed on the outer surface of the board.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】本発明の目的は、ＩＳＯ５６６０－１：２００２における不燃性材料としての基準を満たし、かつ、アクリル系ポリマーラテックス混合物層が高湿度の下であっても容易に剥離せず、長期に亘って不燃性能を維持し得るフェノールフォーム積層板を提供することにある。【解決手段】本発明のフェノールフォーム積層板は、フェノールフォーム板の片面又は両面上に、ケイ酸マグネシウム及び／又はケイ酸カルシウムを含むボードが積層され、該ボードの外表面に、炭素数１２～１４のアルコールのうち少なくともいずれか２成分、ケイ素酸化物、マグネシウム酸化物、及びアクリル系ポリマーラテックスを含むアクリル系ポリマーラテックス混合物層が形成されていることを特徴としている。【選択図】なし
