To provide a metal sandwich panel in which the metal skin is unlikely to swell and the appearance is unlikely to deteriorate.SOLUTION: A metal sandwich panel 10 includes a resin foam 4 between two metal skins 1 and 2. The two metal skins 1 and 2 have opposing portions 111 and 211, respectively. The opposing portions 111 and 211 face each other at the ends of the metal sandwich panel 10, with the resin foam 4 interposed between them. A plugging material 6 that covers an end surface 40 of the resin foam 4 is provided between the opposing portions 111 and 211. A gas vent passage 7 is formed in a plugging material 6 and the resin foam 4. Gas in the resin foam 4 can be released to the outside of the metal sandwich panel 10 through the gas vent passage 7, making it difficult for the resin foam 4 to peel off from the metal skins 1 and 2 due to gas pressure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
