To provide a river water level monitoring system capable of monitoring simultaneously data of a change of a height of a water level of river, a change of a water flow rate, a change of water transparency, and recording the change of data of the height of the water level every day.SOLUTION: There is provided a river water level monitoring system including a fixing rod, an external housing, and a battery, and further having a water level recording mechanism, a data transmission circuit, a transparency monitoring circuit, a water flow monitoring circuit, and a water level monitoring circuit. On a lower end of the fixing rod, a stopper rod is fitted. An axis flow hydraulic power generator is set and installed on the water flow monitoring circuit, a water pressure sensor is set and installed on the water level monitoring circuit. On the transparency monitoring circuit, a photodiode and a photo transistor are set and installed. The photodiode, the photo transistor, the axis flow hydraulic power generator, and the water pressure sensor are fitted to the lower end of the fixing rod. The battery, the data transmission circuit, the transparency monitoring circuit, the water flow monitoring circuit, the water level monitoring circuit, and the water level recording mechanism are fitted to inside of the housing and are connected electrically to the housing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
