To provide a decorative metal plate capable of inhibiting heat accumulation due to infrared light.SOLUTION: A decorative metal plate 1 includes a steel plate 2, a primer layer 6 laminated on one surface of the steel plate 2, a base coat layer 8 laminated on one surface of the primer layer 6, a pattern layer 10 laminated on one surface of the base coat layer 8 and provided with a pattern, and a top coat layer 14 laminated on one surface of the pattern layer 10. The base coat layer 8 has a solar reflectance of 35% or more which is measured in a near-infrared region prescribed in JIS K5602:2008.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
