CEILING BOARD STICKING GRIP HANDLE TOOL
To solve a conventional problem of difficulty in holding a material with one hand and fixing the material with a machine screw or a screw with the other hand when sticking a board, a panel, a veneer board and others to a ceiling by one operator at a construction site and others, and also to solve a problem of difficulty in exactly sticking (fixing) the material at an ideal specified position due to bending of the material pressed at one point by one hand when pressing a ceiling material to the ceiling by one operator.SOLUTION: A grip lift tool grips (sticks) to a board or a panel. The grip lift tool suitable for a ceiling material to be stuck to a ceiling is held by one hand so as to press the ceiling material and the tool together to a ceiling substrate. As two heads of the tool press the ceiling material, the material is prevented from bending. Needle pins and rubber pins mounted on the head prevent the ceiling material from slipping or falling and allow the ceiling material to be fixed to an ideal specified position while being finely adjusted. An operator can freely turn the body by enabling a grip handle to rotate. Consequently, the ceiling material such as the board or the panel can be quickly stuck to the ceiling, and both hands of the operator become free soon, which prevents accident.
【課題】従来建築現場などにおいて天井にボードやパネル、ベニヤ板などをはる際、それらの材料を１人ではろうとすると、片腕で材料を押さえて、残りの手でビスや釘などで止めることは難儀である。さらに１人で天井に天井材を押さえようとすると、片腕の一点で押えるしかないので材料がしなり、理想の定位置ぴったりにはる（固定）ことは容易ではない。【解決手段】天井にはろうとする天井材に合わせて、ボードやパネルにグリップ（密着）するグリップリフト器具を片手で握り、その器具と一緒に天井材を天井下地に押さえつける。その器具がヘッドの２点で天井材を押えることにより材料がしなることを防ぎ、ヘッドに付いた針ピン、ゴムピンで天井材の滑りや落下を防ぎ理想の定位置に微調整しながら固定する事ができる。さらにグリップハンドルを回転出来るようにすることで作業員自身も身体を自在に回すことができる。そのことでボードやパネルなどの天井材を素早く天井にはることが可能になり作業員自体の両手が即座に自由になり事故防止にも繋がる。
