FLOOD DAMAGE MITIGATION BUILDING
To provide a building that suppresses flood to the interior of a floor structure 16 and a wall structure 15 after taking in flood into the building when a water depth around the building due to flooding, etc. becomes deeper.SOLUTION: The building comprises a flood suppressing function (flood suppressing layer) 1 by applying a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 1b and a waterproof moisture-permeable coating 1e to the floor structure 16 and the wall structure 15. Therefore, flood is taken in through a flood intake port 2 and once pulled under the floor by an introduction path body 4. If the flood reaches above the floor, as surrounding water recedes, interior water is discharged from the flood intake port 2 and an interior discharge port 3, and underfloor water is discharged from an underfloor discharge port 6a. If the interior of the floor structure 16, etc. is not flooded, the building can be restored after a disaster by washing, disinfecting, drying, etc. of a surface of the floor, etc. and the underfloor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】洪水等で建物周囲の水深が深くなった場合、建物へ浸水を取り入れた上で、床構造16、壁構造15の内部への浸水を抑制する建物を提供する。【解決手段】床構造16、壁構造15に透湿防水シート1b、防水透湿塗装1eを施用するなどして、浸水抑制機能(浸水抑制層)1を備える建物であるため、浸水を浸水取入口2から取り入れ、導入経路体4により床下へ一旦引き入れ、浸水が床上に及んだ場合は、周囲の水がひくとともに、室内の水を浸水取入口2、室内排出口3から排出し、床下の水を床下排出口6aから排出し、床構造16等の内部が浸水していなければ、床等の表面、床下の洗浄、消毒、乾燥等を行えば災害復旧できる建物。【選択図】図2
