To provide inorganic oxide particles that have: appropriate flowability that achieves both good spreadability, which allows formation of a uniform powder layer when used as a powder for additive manufacturing, and shape stability, which allows the shape to be maintained from the application of the binder to the sintering process; and appropriate bulk density that allows the binder to penetrate between the powder materials and achieves low shrinkage during sintering.SOLUTION: Inorganic oxide particles have a D50 of 5.5 to 9.0 μm and a pressure loss of 1.75 to 2.81 kPa for air permeability under a pressure of 12 kPa.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】積層造形用粉末として用いる場合に、均一な粉末層を形成し得る良好な敷設性と、バインダーの適用から焼結処理までの間に形状を維持できる形状安定性とを両立する適度な流動性、及び粉末材料間にバインダーが入り込むことができ、かつ、焼結時の低収縮率を実現する適度なかさ密度を有する無機酸化物粒子を提供する。【解決手段】D50が5.5~9.0μmであり、12kPaの圧力下における空気の透過に対する圧力損失が1.75~2.81kPaである無機酸化物粒子。【選択図】なし
