To provide an asphalt paving mixture capable of contributing to be carbon-neutral or carbon-negative.SOLUTION: An asphalt paving mixture at least includes asphalt, aggregate, filler and bio charcoal. The bio charcoal is granular and may be present by replacing part of the aggregate in a component composition stipulated by a standard blending of a specific asphalt paving mixture, or being additionally mixed further to the component composition stipulated by the standard blending of the specific asphalt paving mixture.SELECTED DRAWING: None
