BLOCK MANUFACTURING METHOD USING BLAST FURNACE SLAG FINE POWDER
To provide a method for efficiently manufacturing blocks using a mixture that does not contain cement which emits a large discharge amount of CO2.SOLUTION: A mixture of a binder, an aggregate, an admixture and water is supplied into an oscillation mold, the mixture is molded by the oscillation mold, and then immediately demolded onto a pallet to form a molded body, the molded body is subjected to a first curing while being placed on the pallet until a bending strength of 2 N/mm2 or more is achieved, and then to a second curing until a bending strength of 3 N/mm2 or more is achieved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】CO2排出量が多いセメントを含まない混練物を用いて、効率的にブロックを製造する方法を提供すること。【解決手段】振動モールド内に結合材、骨材、混和剤及び水の混練物を供給し、該混練物を前記振動モールドによって成形後、パレット上に即時脱型して成形体となし、該成形体を2N/mm2以上の曲げ強度が発現するまでパレット上に載置した状態で第一の養生を行い、その後、3N/mm2以上の曲げ強度が発現するまで第二の養生を行う。【選択図】図1
