To provide a temporary support height adjustment spacer capable of adjusting a temporary support to an appropriate height, and a temporary support height adjustment method.SOLUTION: A height adjustment spacer 20 of a temporary support 10 includes a plate 21 interposed between a lower flange portion 11b of the temporary support 10 and an installation surface, and a convex boss portion 22 erected on the plate 21 and inserted into the inside of a lower cylinder portion 11a. A hole portion 26 into which the boss portion 22 of another height adjustment spacer 20 can be inserted is formed on the bottom surface side of the boss portion 22 in the vertical direction, and the height adjustment spacer 20 is configured to be stackable in the vertical direction by inserting the boss portion 22 of another height adjustment spacer 20 into the hole portion 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
