ANTI-CORROSION COATING MATERIAL, ANTI-CORROSION COATING LAYER, AND METHOD FOR PROTECTING CONCRETE STRUCTURES FROM CORROSION
To provide an anti-corrosion coating material that is easy to repair a concrete structure that has been deteriorated by sulfuric acid, etc., and has excellent durability, an anti-corrosion coating layer using the anti-corrosion coating material, and a method for protecting the concrete structure using the anti-corrosion coating material.SOLUTION: An anti-corrosion coating material of this invention comprises a (meth)acrylate monomer and a hydrophobic silica, wherein an average particle diameter of the hydrophobic silica is 1 to 100 nm. An anti-corrosion coating layer of the present invention includes: a surface preparation layer comprising a hardened body of an alumina cement composition containing an alumina cement, a pozzolan substance, and aggregate; and an anti-corrosion coating layer comprising a hardened body of the anti-corrosion coating material of the present invention on the surface preparation layer. A method of the present invention for protecting the concrete structure from corrosion includes the following steps: assembling a formwork; pouring the alumina cement composition containing the alumina cement, the pozzolan substance, and the aggregate into the formwork to form a surface preparation layer; removing the formwork; and applying the anti-corrosion coating material of the present invention to form an anti-corrosion coating layer on the surface preparation layer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】硫酸等で劣化したコンクリート構造物の補修が容易でしかも耐久性に優れる防食被覆材、その防食被覆材を用いた防食被覆層、及びその防食被覆材を用いたコンクリート構造物の防食方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の防食被覆材は、(メタ)アクリレートモノマー及び疎水性シリカを含み、疎水性シリカの平均粒子径が1~100nmである。本発明の防食被覆層は、アルミナセメント、ポゾラン物質及び骨材を含有するアルミナセメント組成物の硬化体からなる素地調整層と、素地調整層上の本発明の防食被覆材の硬化体からなる防食被覆材層とを含む。本発明のコンクリート構造物の防食方法は、型枠を組み立てる工程、アルミナセメント、ポゾラン物質及び骨材を含有するアルミナセメント組成物を型枠に打ち込んで素地調整層を形成する工程、型枠を撤去する工程、及び本発明の防食被覆材を塗布して素地調整層の上に防食被覆材層を形成する工程を含む。【選択図】なし
