To provide a mounting fitting for allowing appropriate fastening of a fastening member to a support member to which a deck material is mounted.SOLUTION: The mounting fitting includes a leg part capable of abutting on the support member, a base part connected to the leg part for the fastening member to be inserted therethrough and fastened to the support member, and pressing parts connected to the base part and inserted into recessed grooves on both width-direction sides, respectively. The leg part is formed to be elastically deformable, and the base part is provided to be movable downward in the state that the leg part abuts on the support member. A leg abutment part which is isolated from the leg part at the normal time for abutting on the leg part during elastically deformation is provided on the base part. When the leg part is elastically deformed in working for fastening the fastening member to the support member and the base part moves downward, the fact that the base part moves down to a predetermined height is transmitted to a worker by getting a feel that the leg part abuts on the leg abutment part. Thus, work for fastening the fastening member can be stopped in a suitable state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 23
