To provide a vibration control structure of an underwater tower-type structure that can improve vibration control performance of the entire tower-type structure such as an offshore wind power generation facility and can reduce the burden on foundation cylindrical bodies such as mono-pile foundations of an offshore wind power generation facility, etc. due to earthquake motion, etc.SOLUTION: A vibration control structure 8 of an underwater tower-type structure comprises support members 9, 9... protruding horizontally by a predetermined length from an outer peripheral surface of a foundation portion 4, and a vibration control member 10 supported at a certain distance from the outer peripheral surface of the foundation portion 4 via the support members 9 and arranged in a circumferential direction of the foundation portion 4.
