To provide masonry structure wall reinforcement structure that can reinforce a masonry structure wall without regard to presence or absence of existing foundations and can improve construction efficiency.SOLUTION: Masonry structure wall reinforcement structure 10 comprises horizontal holes 12 that are formed at a lower side surface 108A of a brick wall 108 and where bearing surfaces 34 are parallel to masonry joints 117 of the brick wall 108, vertical holes 14 going through from an upper surface of the brick wall 108 to bearing surfaces 34 of the horizontal holes 12, PC steel bars 16 that are inserted into the vertical holes 14 and where anchor plates 18 mounted to tips are placed within the horizontal holes 12, concrete parts 20 that are filled in the horizontal holes 12 and embed the anchor plates 18, and fastening members 22 to strain the PC steel bars 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
