DOOR STRUCTURE, MOUNTING FRAME FOR DOOR AND SOUNDPROOFING METHOD FOR DOOR
To provide a door structure having sufficient sound insulation property while being in a simple structure compared to conventional soundproof doors and capable of reducing force required to open and close the door, a mounting frame for the door, and soundproofing method for the door.SOLUTION: A door structure 1 comprises a mounting frame 2 and a door body 3 having a latch 31 and a handle 32 interlocked with the latch 31. The mounting frame 2 into which the door body 3 fits has an upper frame 21, a first vertical frame 22 that hangs down from the upper frame and is provided with a latch receiver 222, and a second vertical frame 23 that hangs down from the upper frame and is provided with a hinge 232 rotatably pivoting the door body 3, and the aforementioned frames each have doorstop sectionS 211, 221, and 231. Soundproof members 213, 223 and 233 are arranged at the doorstop sections 211, 221 and a contact portion with the door body 3 near the door stop sections 231, and the area near the latch receiver 222 is arranged so that it is the maximum compressive stress portion compared to a distal area distal to the latch receiver.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来の防音扉と比較して、簡易な構造でありながらも十分な遮音性を有し、扉の開閉に要する力を軽減可能な扉構造体、扉の取付枠及び扉の遮音方法を提供する。【解決手段】扉構造体1は、取付枠2と、ラッチ31及びラッチ31と連動するハンドル32を有する扉体3を備える。扉体3が収まる取付枠2は、上枠21、該上枠から垂下しラッチ受け222を設けた第1縦枠22、及び、該上枠から垂下し扉体3を回動可能に枢支した蝶番232を設けた第2縦枠23を有し、前述の各枠に戸当り部211・221・231を設けている。戸当り部211・221及び戸当り部231近傍における扉体3との当接部分には、遮音部材213・223・233が配設され、ラッチ受け222から遠位にある遠位領域と比較して、ラッチ受け近傍となる領域が圧縮応力最大部分であるように設けられている。【選択図】図1
