To provide an anchorage device that can reduce the tensile stress generated on a concrete skeleton surface.SOLUTION: An anchorage device comprises a sleeve member embedded in a concrete skeleton. The sleeve member has a female cone part and a bearing part integrally extending to a rear end surface of the female cone part along an axis of the female cone part. The rear end surface is a surface orthogonal to the axis of the female cone part. The bearing part has a cylinder part integrally extending to the rear end surface so as to be coaxial with the female cone part and at least one rib integrally extending to an outer peripheral surface of the cylinder part.
