NON-CONTACT TYPE HEIGHT MEASUREMENT METHOD BY CAPACITANCE
To provide a non-contact type height measurement method by capacitance that can measure a height level of liquid and powder especially in a container up to a high height level without requiring a circuit for coping with a complex electrical signal and can be manufactured at low cost and can be used easily in a method for detecting a height level of a dielectric substance in the opposite side of a wall body on the basis of a value of capacitance between electrode bodies.SOLUTION: A pair of electrode bodies 11 to which a conductor 10 is connected is arranged closely with an interval or is separated in a vertical direction in an outer section of a nonmetal material body 2 having space, and the height of a dielectric substance 20 introduced into the nonmetal material body having space is measured on the basis of a value of capacitance between electrode bodies.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 壁体を隔てた反対側の誘電体物質の高さレベルを電極体間の静電容量の値に基づいて検出する方法において、特に容器内の液体や粉体の高さレベルを複雑な電気信号を処する回路を必要とせず、高い高さレベルまで測定でき、低コストで製造可能で簡便に使用可能な静電容量による非接触式高さ測定方法を提供すること。【解決手段】 導線10が接続された一対の電極体11を、空間を有する非金属材料体2の外側部に、上下方向に、間隔を置いて密着配置又は離隔して配設し、空間を有する非金属材料体の内部に導入する誘電体物質20の高さを電極体間の静電容量の値に基づいて測定することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
