본 발명은 저탄소 녹색성장을 지향하는 국가 정책에 맞추어진 것으로서, 특히 건축물 등 시공 면에 대한 한 번의 시공을 통해 방수 기능과 단열 기능을 모두 확보할 수 있고, 이를 통해 공기 단축 및 시공 비용의 절감을 가져오며, 복합시트 구조체의 내구성이 우수하므로 시공 후 열이나 충격 등 외부 조건에 의한 변형 및 훼손이 잘 방지될 수 있는 단열부직포를 이용한 복합시트 구조체 및 그를 이용한 복합시트 방수 공법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 단열부직포를 이용한 복합시트 구조체는, 단열 기능을 하는 부직포 시트층과, 상기 부직포 시트층에 코팅되며, 주방수 기능 및 접착 기능을 하는 무기도막 방수제층과, 상기 무기도막 방수제층에 그 일면이 접착되어 적층되는 글라스 화이버층(glass fiber)과, 상기 글라스 화이버층(glass fiber)에 코팅되며, 방수 기능을 하는 무용제 우레탄 방수제층과, 상기 무용제 우레탄 방수제층에 코팅되는 아크릴수지 코팅제층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
PURPOSE: A complex sheet structure using heat insulating non-woven fabric and a complex sheet waterproofing method using the same are provided to prevent the deformation and the damage of the structure due to external conditions by improving the durability of the structure. CONSTITUTION: A complex sheet structure(100) using heat insulating non-woven fabric includes a non-woven sheet layer(110), an inorganic coating waterproofing layer(120), a glass fiber layer(130), a solventless urethane waterproofing agent(140), and an acrylic resin-based coating agent layer(150). The non-woven sheet layer functions as a heat insulating layer. The inorganic coating waterproofing layer is coated on the non-woven sheet layer and functions as a waterproofing layer and an adhesive layer. The glass fiber layer is stacked to the inorganic coating waterproofing layer. The solventless urethane waterproofing layer is coated on the glass fiber layer and functions as a waterproofing layer. The acrylic resin-based coating agent layer is coated on the solventless urethane waterproofing agent layer.
