The pavement method of thin layer type asphalt for reducing noise-drainage
본 발명은 박층형 저소음 배수성 아스팔트의 포장공법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 아스팔트 혼합물의 골재 입도와 공극률을 조정하여 공극 막힘 현상과 아스팔트 도로에서 발생되는 파열음과 마찰음의 발생을 방지하여 배수 및 소음 감소 효과가 우수한 저소음 배수성 아스팔트의 포장공법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명의 포장공법은 종래의 저소음 배수성 아스팔트에 비하여 높은 내구성과 소성변형 저항성의 구현이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 2~3cm의 박층 도로 포장이 가능하다.
PURPOSE: A pavement method of thin layer type low noise permeable asphalt is provided to improve drainage and noise reduction effects, durability, and plastic deformation resistance by preventing the blockage of air gaps, grinding noise, and friction noise on an asphalt road. CONSTITUTION: A pavement method of thin layer type low noise permeable asphalt comprises the following steps: applying tack coating emulsified asphalt of 0.8-1.5 l/m^2 on an asphalt road; and paving an asphalt mixture on the top of the tack coating emulsified asphalt. The asphalt mixture contains 91.6-93.8 weight% of mixed aggregate, 5.3-7.5 weight% of asphalt, 0.2-0.6 weight% of fiber additive, and 0.05-0.3 weight% of middle temperature additive. The mixed aggregate is composed of 75-90 weight% of thick aggregate, 8-20 weight% of fine aggregate, and 2-6 weight% of calcium carbonate. A road is paved by the tack coating emulsified asphalt and asphalt mixture. The thickness of a road paved by the tack coating emulsified asphalt and asphalt mixture is 2-3 cm.
