본 발명은 다양한 형태의 차선을 효율적으로 시공함은 물론 노즐로부터 도료를 정량토출토록 개폐하여 시공 전후의 도표 흘림 현상을 효과적으로 방지함을 제공하도록, 차량에 도료믹서탱크 및 글라스비드탱크, 히팅수단을 구비한 후 노면에 도료를 도포하여 차선을 시공하는 차선 시공장치에 있어서, 상기 차량의 한쪽에 고정 설치되고 내부에 일정량의 도료를 수용하여 저장가능한 도료수용공간을 구비하고, 하부에는 노면에 대응하여 상기 도료수용공간에 저류된 도료를 배출시킬 수 있게 좌우 횡 방향으로 길게 연장하여 개구된 토출구가 형성되는 도료탱크와; 상기 도료탱크의 토출구 상에 회전가능하게 설치되고, 노면을 향해 도료를 도포가능한 스프레드노즐을 구비하는 노즐바와; 상기 도료탱크의 양쪽 측면 중 적어도 어느 한쪽 면에 회전가능하게 설치되고 하단에 로드가 길이방향으로 신장하여 상하 직선왕복운동가능하게 구비되는 구동수단과; 상기 구동수단과 상기 노즐바의 일단을 상호 연결하고 상기 구동수단의 상하 직선운동을 상기 노즐바의 회전운동으로 전환하는 링크부재와; 상기 구동수단의 상하 구동패턴을 위한 신호를 입력하여 설정가능하되 설정된 입력신호에 따라 차선의 길이나 두께를 탄력적으로 시공할 수 있게 상기 구동수단의 구동패턴에 대한 제어신호를 인가하는 제어부;를 포함하는 스프레드 노즐형 차선 시공장치를 제공한다.

The spread nozzle-type apparatus for painting the lane comprises: a paint tank which is installed on one side of the vehicle, is provided with a paint accommodation space capable of accommodating and storing a predetermined amount of the paint thereinside, and includes an opened spray outlet that is lengthily extended in the horizontal direction on a lower side to correspond to the road in order to discharge the paint under-flowing in the paint accommodation space; a nozzle bar which is rotatably installed on the spray outlet of the pint tank and is provided with a spread nozzle capable of spraying the paint toward the road; a driving means which is rotatably installed on at least one surface among both side surfaces of the driving means and is provided with a rod that extends in a length direction to perform a vertically straight-line motion; a link member which connects the driving means and one end of the nozzle bar to each other and converts the vertically straight-line motion of the driving means into a rotary motion of the nozzle bar; and a control unit which inputs a signal for a vertically driving pattern of the driving means and applies a control signal with respect to the driving pattern of the driving means such that the length or the thickness of the lane is elastically printed according to the inputted signal which is set.
