TENSION CONTROL SYSTEM OF MEMBRANE STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a single-walled tension introducing system which can secure safety of a membrane structure through a simple structure by preventing deflection of a membrane. The system comprises: a pressing plate (104) which is positioned at the top of a membrane (102); a supporting plate (106) which is positioned at the bottom of the membrane (102) by corresponding to the pressing plate (104); a captive bolt (108) which fixates the pressing plate (104) at the top of the supporting plate (16) and fixating the membrane (102) positioned at the bottom of the pressing plate (104) and the top of the supporting plate (106); a first elastic member (110) which is placed at the bottom of the membrane (102) and at one side of the top of the supporting plate (106) at a fixed interval from the supporting plate (106), and is detachably coupled to one side of the top of the supporting plate (106) in order to prevent deflection of the membrane (102) and to prevent the membrane from being torn; and a second elastic member (112) which is placed at the bottom of the membrane (102) and at one side of the top of the supporting plate (106) at a fixed interval from the first elastic member (110), faces the first elastic member, and is detachably coupled to one side of the top of the supporting plate (106) in order to prevent deflection of the membrane (102) and to prevent the membrane from being torn.
본 발명은 구조가 간단하면서 막의 처짐을 확실하게 방지하여 막 구조물의 안정성을 확보할 수 있도록 한 단일막 장력 도입 시스템에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 막(102)의 상면에 위치되는 누름플레이트(104)와; 상기 누름플레이트(104)에 대응되게 상기 막(102)의 저면에 위치되는 지지플레이트(106)와; 상기 지지플레이트(106)의 상단에 누름플레이트(104)를 고정시켜 줌과 동시에 누름플레이트(104)의 저면과 지지플레이트(106)의 상면에 위치된 막(102)을 고정시켜 주는 고정볼트(108)와; 상기 지지플레이트(106)로부터 일정간격을 두고 상기 막(102)의 저면과 지지플레이트(106)의 상면 일측에 위치되되, 상기 지지플레이트(106)의 상면 일측에 착탈 가능하게 결합 되어 막(102)이 처지는 것을 방지함과 아울러 막이 찢어지는 것을 방지해 주는 제1탄성부재(110)와; 상기 제1탄성부재(110)로부터 일정간격을 두고 마주보게 상기 막(102)의 저면과 지지플레이트(106)의 상면 일측에 위치되되, 상기 지지플레이트(106)의 상면 일측에 착탈 가능하게 결합 되어 막(102)이 처지는 것을 방지함과 아울러 막이 찢어지는 것을 방지해 주는 제2탄성부재(112) 등을 포함한다.
