The present invention relates to a roll blind comprising a winding roll device formed in the bottom of a vertically suspended curtain paper to wind the curtain paper and a shaft to lift the winding roll device in the bottom by winding or unwinding a pulling wire vertically extended from a head rail in the top. The present invention comprises: an opening and closing gear having a cylindrical drum interlocked with the shaft to rotate and extended in an axial line direction; a frictional spring having a protrusion end part fitted in the outer circumference of the drum and protruding in a radial direction; and a tube wheel rotated while being interlocked with the frictional spring by an insertion groove part where the protrusion end part is inserted. The curtain paper comprises front and rear papers horizontally arranged in the front and rear sides at a predetermined interval and a blind paper to connect the front and rear papers. The top of the rear paper is relatively fixed on the head rail to be horizontally fixed, the top of the front paper circumferentially moves according to the rotation of the tube wheel to simultaneously adjust the horizontal and vertical intervals between the front and rear papers, and the inclined angle of the blind paper is adjusted by adjusting the horizontal and vertical intervals between the front and rear papers; thereby controlling daylight.
본 발명은 수직으로 현수되는 커튼지의 하단부에 상기 커튼지를 권취하는 권취롤장치가 마련되고, 상단부의 헤드레일 측에서 수직으로 연장되는 견인줄을 감거나 풀어 하단부의 상기 권취롤장치를 승강시키는 샤프트를 포함하는 롤블라인드에 관한 것으로서, 상기 샤프트와 연동하여 회전하며 축선방향으로 연장되는 원통형 드럼을 갖는 개폐기어와, 상기 드럼 외주연에 끼워지며 반경방향으로 돌출되는 돌출단부를 갖는 마찰스프링과, 상기 돌출단부가 삽입되는 삽입홈부를 매개로 하여 상기 마찰스프링과 연동하여 회전되는 튜브휠을 포함하고, 상기 커튼지는, 수평방향으로 일정 간격으로 전후 배치되는 전지(前紙) 와 후지(後紙) , 그리고 상기 전지와 후지 사이를 연결하는 블라인드지를 포함하고, 상기 후지는 상단부가 상기 헤드레일 측에 상대적으로 고정됨으로써 수평방향으로는 위치가 고정되고, 상기 전지는 상단부가 상기 튜브휠의 회전에 따라 원주방향으로 이동함으로써 상기 전지와 후지 사이의 수평 및 수직 간격이 동시에 조절되며, 상기 블라인드지는 상기 전지와 후지 사이의 수평 및 수직 간격이 조절됨에 따라 그 경사각도가 조절됨으로써 채광조절이 가능하다.
