CURTAIN WALL HAVING MOUNTING STRUCTURE CORRESPONDING TO GLASS THICKNESS AND HEAT INSULATION STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a curtain wall with a mounting structure corresponding to a thickness of glass and a heat insulation structure. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the curtain wall with a mounting structure whose width can be regulated in accordance to the thickness of the glass to be constructed when mounting the glass on the curtain wall which has a heat insulation structure separated from a main frame of the curtain wall. The curtain wall comprises: a main frame (1) where a groove unit (101) is formed in an outdoor direction; a supporting frame (3) fastened to the groove unit on the main frame along with a first insulating member (2) inserted into the groove unit (101) on the main frame where a fastening groove (301) is formed in the outdoor direction; a second insulating member (4) which has a fastening protruding unit (41) fastened to the fastening groove (301) on the supporting frame; a cutting type frame (5) which supports a load of glass by surrounding an external side of the second insulating member (4), and being fastened to the supporting frame (3) in a hanging type where a width regulating cutting groove (51) in accordance to the width of the glass to be constructed is formed on the surface; an outside insulating cover (6) installed in the outdoor side surface of the cutting type frame (5); a fastening member (7) which penetrates the cutting type frame (5) and the second insulating member (4) on the outside insulating cover and coupled to the fastening groove (301) formed on one side end of the supporting frame (3); and an outer cover (8) inserted into an external side of the outside insulating cover.
본 발명은 유리 두께에 대응하는 장착 구조 및 단열 구조를 구비한 커튼월에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 커튼월에 유리 장착시 시공될 유리 두께에 따라 폭이 조절되는 장착구조를 구비하고, 유리 장착구조가 커튼월 메인프레임과 이격된 단열구조로 이루어진 커튼월을 제공하는 하는 데 있다. 본 발명의 구성은 실외측 방향에 홈부(101)가 형성된 메인 프레임(1)과; 고정부재(10)에 의해 상기 메인 프레임의 홈부(101)에 삽입된 제 1 단열부재(2)와 함께 메인프레임의 홈부에 체결되고, 실외측 방향에 체결홈(301)이 형성된 지지프레임(3)과; 상기 지지프레임의 체결홈(301)과 체결되는 체결돌부(41)를 구비하는 제 2 단열부재(4)와; 상기 제 2 단열부재(4)의 외부를 감싸면서 지지프레임(3)과 걸림방식으로 체결되어 유리의 하중을 지지하고, 표면에는 시공될 유리 두께에 따른 폭 조절용 절단홈(51)이 형성된 절단식 프레임(5)과: 상기 절단식 프레임의 실외측면에 설치되는 외부 단열커버(6)와; 상기 외부 단열커버에서 절단식 프레임(5) 및 제 2 단열부재(4)를 관통하여 지지프레임(3)의 일측단에 형성된 체결홈(301)에 결합하는 체결부재(7)와; 상기 외부 단열 커버의 외부에 끼워지는 외부 커버(8);를 포함하여 구성된 유리 두께에 대응하는 장착 구조 및 단열 구조를 구비한 커튼월을 발명의 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a curtain wall with a mounting structure corresponding to a thickness of glass and a heat insulation structure.
