HIGH-STRENGTH EXTERIOR INSULATION COMPLEX WATERPROOF CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR FIBER REINFORCED PLASTICS
The present invention relates to a high-strength outside insulation waterproof construction method. To be more specifically, the waterproof construction method comprises: a step of forming a waterproof layer by coating a rubberized asphalt liquid waterproof material on the entire upper part of an insulating material constructed on the base surface; a step of attaching a glass fiber mat to the front surface of the upper part of the waterproof layer before the rubberized asphalt liquid waterproof material is hardened; a step of forming a reinforced plastic protecting layer by immersing the bottom surface of the glass fiber mat by coating unsaturated polyester resin when the bottom surface of the glass fiber mat is attached to the top surface of the waterproof layer, and then hardening; and a step of coating an urethane waterproof material in the upper part of the reinforced plastic protecting layer and finishing with urethane top coating. Therefore, the waterproof construction method can provide excellent outside waterproof and outside installation effects in the roof or the rooftop by fixating fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) to the upper part of the insulating material through simple construction, can prevent damage to the insulating material in the lower part of the FRP by allowing the reinforced plastic protecting layer formed of FRP to sufficiently resist even to external impact, and, in turn, can provide excellent energy saving effects as well as excellent durability, crack resistance, and chemical resistance by increasing cooling and heating cost saving effects in summer and winter respectively.
본 발명은 고강도 외단열 방수공법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 바탕면에 시공된 단열재의 상부 전체에 고무화 아스팔트 도막방수재를 도포하여 방수층을 형성하는 단계와; 상기 고무화 아스팔트 도막방수재가 경화되기 전에 방수층 상부 전면에 유리섬유매트를 부착하는 단계와; 상기 유리섬유매트의 하부면이 방수층 상부면에 부착되면, 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지를 도포하여 유리섬유매트에 함침되게 한 후 경화시켜 강화플라스틱 보호층을 형성하는 단계와; 상기 강화플라스틱 보호층의 상부에 우레탄 도막방수재를 도포하고 우레탄 탑코팅으로 마무리 하는 단계를 포함한다. 따라서, 단열재 상부에 유리섬유강화플라스틱(FRP)을 간단한 시공만으로도 고착되도록 함으로써, 지붕 또는 옥상의 외방수 및 외단열 효과가 우수하며, 특히, 외부충격에도 유리섬유강화플라스틱(FRP)로 이루어진 강화플라스틱 보호층이 이 충격에 충분히 저항하여 유리섬유강화플라스틱(FRP) 하부의 단열재가 손상되는 것을 방지할 수 있게 되어 하절기의 냉방비, 동절기의 난방비 절감효과를 상승시켜 에너지 절감효과가 우수하고 내구성, 내균열성, 내화학성이 우수한 고강도 외단열 방수공법을 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a high-strength outside insulation waterproof construction method. To be more specifically, the waterproof construction method comprises: a step of forming a waterproof layer by coating a rubberized asphalt liquid waterproof material on the entire upper part of an insulating material constructed on the base surface; a step of attaching a glass fiber mat to the front surface of the upper part of the waterproof layer before the rubberized asphalt liquid waterproof material is hardened; a step of forming a reinforced plastic protecting layer by immersing the bottom surface of the glass fiber mat by coating unsaturated polyester resin when the bottom surface of the glass fiber mat is attached to the top surface of the waterproof layer, and then hardening; and a step of coating an urethane waterproof material in the upper part of the reinforced plastic protecting layer and finishing with urethane top coating. Therefore, the waterproof construction method can provide excellent outside waterproof and outside installation effects in the roof or the rooftop by fixating fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) to the upper part of the insulating material through simple construction, can prevent damage to the insulating material in the lower part of the FRP by allowing the reinforced plastic protecting layer formed of FRP to sufficiently resist even to external impact, and, in turn, can provide excellent energy saving effects as well as excellent durability, crack resistance, and chemical resistance by increasing cooling and heating cost saving effects in summer and winter respectively.
본 발명은 고강도 외단열 방수공법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 바탕면에 시공된 단열재의 상부 전체에 고무화 아스팔트 도막방수재를 도포하여 방수층을 형성하는 단계와; 상기 고무화 아스팔트 도막방수재가 경화되기 전에 방수층 상부 전면에 유리섬유매트를 부착하는 단계와; 상기 유리섬유매트의 하부면이 방수층 상부면에 부착되면, 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지를 도포하여 유리섬유매트에 함침되게 한 후 경화시켜 강화플라스틱 보호층을 형성하는 단계와; 상기 강화플라스틱 보호층의 상부에 우레탄 도막방수재를 도포하고 우레탄 탑코팅으로 마무리 하는 단계를 포함한다. 따라서, 단열재 상부에 유리섬유강화플라스틱(FRP)을 간단한 시공만으로도 고착되도록 함으로써, 지붕 또는 옥상의 외방수 및 외단열 효과가 우수하며, 특히, 외부충격에도 유리섬유강화플라스틱(FRP)로 이루어진 강화플라스틱 보호층이 이 충격에 충분히 저항하여 유리섬유강화플라스틱(FRP) 하부의 단열재가 손상되는 것을 방지할 수 있게 되어 하절기의 냉방비, 동절기의 난방비 절감효과를 상승시켜 에너지 절감효과가 우수하고 내구성, 내균열성, 내화학성이 우수한 고강도 외단열 방수공법을 제공한다.
