DOOR SYSTEM OF SCREEN SHIELD ROOM
The present invention relates to a door system for a shielding room including a shielding door frame installed on an entrance of the shielding room and a shielding door joined to the shielding door frame and opening and closing the shielding room. The door system for the shielding room includes a hinge connecting the shielding door and shielding door frame and mounting the shielding door to the shielding door frame to be able to rotate; a shielding strip mounted along the circumference of a soft part toward the shielding room of the shielding door and having at least one blade projecting toward the shielding room; a shielding gasket mounted along the circumference of the shielding door frame and having a pair of insertion grooves wherein the shielding strip is inserted when the door is closed; and a stopper having a supporter bent toward the outer side of the shielding room after being extended to the outer side from the entrance of the shielding room wherein the hinge is installed along a wall surface of the shielding room and a supporting pole protruding from the end of the supporter to be parallel to the wall surface of the shielding room and supporting the shielding door if the shielding strip is separated from the shielding gasket when the shielding door is opened. Accordingly, the present invention is capable of simplifying the structure of the stopper limiting the opening of the shielding door and stopping the shielding door at a position where a worker desires. Additionally, the present invention is capable of reducing inconvenience by omitting an additional constructing process and preventing accidents.
본 발명은, 차폐실의 출입구에 설치되는 차폐문틀과, 차폐문틀에 결합되어 차폐실을 개폐하는 차폐도어를 포함하는 차폐실용 도어 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 차폐도어와 차폐문틀을 연결하며, 차폐도어를 차폐문틀에 회동가능하게 장착시키는 힌지; 차폐도어의 차폐실을 향한 연부의 둘레를 따라 장착되며, 차폐실을 향해 돌출한 적어도 하나의 날을 갖는 차폐스트립; 차폐문틀의 둘레를 따라 장착되며, 도어의 폐쇄시 차폐스트립이 삽입되는 한 쌍의 삽입홈을 갖는 차폐가스켓; 힌지가 설치된 차폐실의 출입구로부터 차폐실의 벽면을 따라 외측으로 연장된 다음 차폐실의 외부를 향해 절곡된 지지대와, 지지대의 단부로부터 차폐실의 벽면과 평행하게 돌출되며 차폐도어가 개방되어 차폐스트립이 차폐가스켓으로부터 분리되면 차폐도어를 지지하는 지지폴을 갖는 스토퍼;를 포함한다. 이에 의해, 차폐도어의 개방을 제한할 수 있는 스토퍼의 구조가 간단하며, 작업자가 원하는 위치에 차폐도어를 정지시킬 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 별도의 시공작업이 불필요하여 번거로움을 감소시킬 수 있으며, 작업자의 안전사고를 방지할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a door system for a shielding room including a shielding door frame installed on an entrance of the shielding room and a shielding door joined to the shielding door frame and opening and closing the shielding room. The door system for the shielding room includes a hinge connecting the shielding door and shielding door frame and mounting the shielding door to the shielding door frame to be able to rotate; a shielding strip mounted along the circumference of a soft part toward the shielding room of the shielding door and having at least one blade projecting toward the shielding room; a shielding gasket mounted along the circumference of the shielding door frame and having a pair of insertion grooves wherein the shielding strip is inserted when the door is closed; and a stopper having a supporter bent toward the outer side of the shielding room after being extended to the outer side from the entrance of the shielding room wherein the hinge is installed along a wall surface of the shielding room and a supporting pole protruding from the end of the supporter to be parallel to the wall surface of the shielding room and supporting the shielding door if the shielding strip is separated from the shielding gasket when the shielding door is opened.
