The present invention is to provide a shear yield type vibration control device installed at the center of a tie beam in which a bending moment rarely generates and the maximum shearing deformation generates to maximize the damping efficiency of a horizontal load. The present invention comprises: a slit-type steel member (100) which is a metal member with a recessed part (110) arranged in the center with a gradually narrowed width and has a plurality of slit holes (120) longitudinally cut in the recessed part (110); and an anti-buckling safety plates (200) which are a metal member with a wider width than the recessed part (110) of the slit-type steel member (100) and which are coupled to both front and rear surfaces of the recessed part (110) by bolts. Slit-type bolt holes (130) through which the bolts pass are formed on the slit-type steel member (100) coupled to the anti-buckling safety plates (200) by the bolts.
본 발명은 폭이 감소하는 오목부(110)가 중앙 부위에 구비된 금속부재로서, 오목부(110)에는 길이 방향으로 절개된 다수 개의 슬릿구멍(120)이 구비된 슬릿강재부재(100); 및, 상기 슬릿강재부재(100)의 오목부(110)보다 폭이 넓은 금속부재로서, 상기 오목부(110)의 전후 양측면에 볼트결합되는 좌굴방지안전판(200);으로 구성되며, 상기 좌굴방지안전판(200)과 볼트결합되는 상기 슬릿강재부재(100)에는 볼트가 통과하는 슬릿형볼트구멍(130)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
