COATING MATERIAL FOR PROTECTING SURFACE OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE AND STEEL, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF PROTECTING SURFACE OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE AND STEEL USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a coating agent for protecting a surface of a concrete structure and a steel, and a construction method for protecting a surface of a concrete structure and a steel using the same. According to the present invention, an acryl-based mixed resin is used for protectingly constructing the surface of the concrete structure and the steel, in particular, second powder components including oystershells powder, waste glass powder, etc. are used, thus physical properties such as bending strength, tensile strength, compressive strength, etc. are excellent, furthermore, adhesion performance with the concrete structure and the steel, chemical resistance, waterproof properties, resistance to salt damage, and shielding performance for radioactivity are excellent due to first powder components including clinker, cast, plaster, etc. Also, since resin components and initiator components are separated from one another, and powder components are used by being divided into the first and second powder components, thus storage stability is excellent due to non-curable properties even for a long-term storage, and since each component is used by being mixed right before use, a service period is not limited, use in the field is convenient, and material loss and environmental contamination caused by residual materials, are prevented.
본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물 및 강재 표면 보호용 코팅제 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물 및 강재 표면 보호 시공 공법에 관한 것으로서, 콘크리트 구조물 및 강재의 표면을 보호 시공함에 있어 아크릴계 혼합 수지를 사용하고 특히 굴껍질 분말, 폐유리 분말 등의 제2분말 성분을 포함하여 사용하므로 휨강도, 인장강도 및 압축강도 등 물리적 특성이 매우 우수하고, 클링커, 석고, 플라스터 등을 포함하는 제1분말 성분으로 인해 콘크리트 구조물 및 강재와의 부착성능이 우수하며, 내화학성 및 방수성도 우수하고, 염해에 대한 내성과 방사능 차폐성능도 우수하며, 수지 성분과 개시제 성분을 서로 분리하고 분말 성분을 제1분말 성분 및 제2분말 성분으로 분리하여 사용하므로 장기 저장시에도 경화되지 않아 보관 안정성이 우수하고, 각 성분들이 사용 직전에 혼합되어 사용되므로 사용 기간이 제한되는 문제가 없고 현장에서의 사용이 편리하며, 남는 자재로 인해 자재 손실과 환경 오염이 발생하는 것을 방지할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
