REVETMENT BLOCK AND INSTALLATION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a retaining wall block, a retaining wall block assembly, and a construction method thereof. The retaining wall block having a decorative board (S) mounted on the front surface comprises: a first coupling groove (110) laterally formed on the top to arrange a tensile bar; third coupling grooves (130) vertically cut in the upper part of the front surface at a predetermined depth and communicated with the first coupling groove; and fixing devices (50) having a front end (51) arranged in the third coupling groove and a rear end (55) arranged in the first coupling groove and in which fixing pins penetrating the decorative board are inserted. A mounting groove on which the rear end of the fixing device is mounted is additionally formed on the first coupling groove. The present invention can conveniently and safely mount the decorative board on the front surface of retaining wall blocks while making the appearance of the decorative board beautiful. The retaining wall block assembly formed by laterally connecting the retaining wall blocks on which the decorative board is conveniently mounted by the fixing device and the construction method thereof can improve the erection force, durability, and safety of the retaining wall assembly and retaining walls by obtaining a tensile force using the tensile bar and a coupling force between the retaining wall blocks using a coupling reinforcing bar.
본 발명은 옹벽블록과 옹벽블록조립체 및 이의 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 전면에 장식판재(S)가 장착되는 옹벽블록으로서, 상면에는 횡방향으로 형성되어 인장봉(200)이 배치되는 제1체결홈(110); 전면 상부에서 수직방향으로 일정 깊이만큼 절개되고, 상기 제1체결홈과 연통되는 제3체결홈(130); 상기 제3체결홈에 전단부(51)가 배치되고 상기 제1체결홈(110)에 후단부(55)가 배치되며, 상기 장식판재를 관통하는 고정핀이 삽입되어 장착되는 고정장치(50);를 포함하고, 상기 제1체결홈에는 상기 고정장치 후단부가 안착되는 안착홈에 추가적으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명의 장식판재의 미관을 살리면서 간편하고 안전하게 장식판재를 옹벽블록의 전면부에 장착할 수 있게 되는 효과가 있고, 고정장치를 이용하여 장식판재를 간편하게 장착한 옹벽블록을 횡으로 연결한 옹벽블록조립체와 이를 이용한 시공방법은 인장봉을 통해 인장력을 확보하면서 결속보강봉을 통해 옹벽블록간의 결속력을 확보함으로써 옹벽조립체 및 옹벽의 자립력이 향상되고, 내구성이 증대되며, 안전성이 증진되는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a retaining wall block, a retaining wall block assembly, and a construction method thereof. The retaining wall block assembly formed by laterally connecting the retaining wall blocks on which the decorative board is conveniently mounted by the fixing device and the construction method thereof can improve the erection force, durability, and safety of the retaining wall assembly and retaining walls by obtaining a tensile force using the tensile bar and a coupling force between the retaining wall blocks using a coupling reinforcing bar.
본 발명은 옹벽블록과 옹벽블록조립체 및 이의 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 전면에 장식판재(S)가 장착되는 옹벽블록으로서, 상면에는 횡방향으로 형성되어 인장봉(200)이 배치되는 제1체결홈(110); 전면 상부에서 수직방향으로 일정 깊이만큼 절개되고, 상기 제1체결홈과 연통되는 제3체결홈(130); 상기 제3체결홈에 전단부(51)가 배치되고 상기 제1체결홈(110)에 후단부(55)가 배치되며, 상기 장식판재를 관통하는 고정핀이 삽입되어 장착되는 고정장치(50);를 포함하고, 상기 제1체결홈에는 상기 고정장치 후단부가 안착되는 안착홈에 추가적으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명의 장식판재의 미관을 살리면서 간편하고 안전하게 장식판재를 옹벽블록의 전면부에 장착할 수 있게 되는 효과가 있고, 고정장치를 이용하여 장식판재를 간편하게 장착한 옹벽블록을 횡으로 연결한 옹벽블록조립체와 이를 이용한 시공방법은 인장봉을 통해 인장력을 확보하면서 결속보강봉을 통해 옹벽블록간의 결속력을 확보함으로써 옹벽조립체 및 옹벽의 자립력이 향상되고, 내구성이 증대되며, 안전성이 증진되는 효과가 있다.
