Disclosed is a vibration isolation device which increases a vibration isolation effect by absorbing even micro vibration transferred by frictional force caused by the load of computation equipment, communications equipment, precision measurement equipment or the like. The vibration isolation device comprises: a first table having at least one first guide groove; a second table which is arranged and spaced from the first table at a predetermined interval and has at least one second guide groove which is opposite to the first guide groove; and at least one double vibration isolation unit which is positioned on the first table and the second table to support the first table, the second table, the first guide groove, and the second guide groove, and gradually and doubly absorbs the vibration of the first table, thereby maintaining the stable state of the second table.
전산장비나 통신장비 또는 정밀계측장비 등의 하중으로 인한 마찰력에 의해서 전달되는 미세 진동까지도 흡수하여 면진 효과를 대폭 향상시킬 수 있는 면진장치가 개시된다. 상기 면진장치는 적어도 하나의 제1 가이드 홈이 마련되는 제1 테이블과, 상기 제1 테이블과 일정 간격 이격되도록 배치되며 상기 제1 가이드 홈과 마주하는 적어도 하나의 제2 가이드 홈이 마련되는 제2 테이블 및, 상기 제1, 2 테이블 및 제1, 2 가이드 홈을 지지하도록 상기 제1, 2 테이블 사이에 개재되어, 상기 제1 테이블의 진동을 2중으로 점진적으로 흡수하여 상기 제2 테이블을 안정적인 상태로 유지시킬 수 있는 적어도 하나의 2중 면진유닛을 포함할 수 있다.
