The present invention relates to an anti-corrosion soundproof panel and, more specifically, to an anti-corrosion soundproof panel preventing water (saline water) with dissolved calcium chloride sprinkled on a road in winter from being collected in a bent portion on the front lower part of the soundproof panel after being spattered to the soundproof panel and permeating the soundproof panel to prevent rapid corrosion. The present invention is characterized by including a front plate with the upper part bent into a reversed L shape and the lower part formed to be planar and a rear plate formed into a C shape generally and having the lower part bent right downward and fixated by a fixing means while being in surface-contact with the lower end of the front plate and the upper part fixated by a fixing means while being in surface-contact with the reversed L-shaped internal surface of the front plate. The present invention prevents the formation of the part wherein the water is collected on the lower part where the front and rear plates are joined, thereby preventing the water with dissolved calcium chloride sprinkled on the road in winter from being collected in the bent portion on the front lower part of the soundproof panel after being spattered to the soundproof panel and permeating the soundproof panel to prevent rapid corrosion. The present invention prevents the separation of the front and rear plates of the soundproof panel by preventing the corrosion of the front lower part of the soundproof panel, thereby improving the durability of the soundproof panel simultaneously with preventing surroundings from being rusty due to corrosion.
본 발명은 부식방지용 방음판에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 동절기 차도에 뿌려지는 염화칼슘이 녹아든 물(염수)이 방음판으로 튀어서 스며든 후, 각각의 방음판 전면 하단의 절곡된 부분에 정체되면서 부식이 급속도로 진행되는 것을 방지하는 부식방지용 방음판에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 상단은 "ㄱ"자 형상으로 절곡되고, 하단은 평면 형태로 이루어진 전면판; 전체적으로 "["자 형태로 이루어지면서 하단은 직하방으로 절곡되어 전면판의 하단과 면 밀착된 상태에서 고정수단에 의해 고정되고, 상단은 전면판 상단의 "ㄱ"자 형상으로 절곡된 내측면과 면 밀착된 상태에서 고정수단에 의해 고정되는 후면판;을 포함하여서 된 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 방음판의 전면판과 후면판이 결합되는 하단 부분에 물이 고일 수 있는 부분이 형성되는 것을 배제시킴으로써, 동절기 차도에 뿌려지는 염화칼슘이 녹아든 물이 방음판으로 튀어서 스며든 후, 방음판 전면 하단의 절곡된 부분에 정체되어 해당 부분의 부식이 급속도로 진행되는 것을 방지하는 효과와 더불어, 상기와 같이 방음판의 전면 하단 부분이 부식되는 것을 방지함으로써, 방음판의 전면판과 후면판의 결합 구조가 와해되는 것을 방지하여 방음판의 내구성을 향상시킴과 동시에, 부식에 의해 주변이 녹물에 오염되는 것을 방지하는 효과를 얻는다.
