PERMEABILITY WATERPROOF AGENT AND CONSTRUCTING METHOD FOR WATERPROOF USING THEREOF
The present invention relates to a siliceous-based cold hardiness permeability waterproof agent and a construction method thereof, more specifically, including: a powder portion; and a liquid portion. The powder portion comprises: 25 to 35 wt% of portland cement, 2 to 5 wt% of alumina cement, 0.01 to 0.2 wt% of a retarder, 55 to 66.79 wt% of silica, 2 to 5 wt% of re-emulsification type polymer, 0.2 to 0.3 wt% of a viscosity agent, and 4 to 10 wt% of diatomite. The liquid portion comprises: 33 to 38 wt% of acrylic liquefied resin, 8 to 10 wt% of colloid silica, 4 to 10 wt% of lithium silicate, 0.5 to 1 wt% of a preservative, 5 to 8 wt% of an antifreeze, and 36 to 46 wt% of a solvent. The liquid portion is not frozen at a low temperature of -5°C. After the liquid portion and the powder portion are mixed, the present invention maintains a paste state, and has an effect on a waterproof construction in winter due to a rapid curing after construction. In addition, the present invention enables to dramatically reduce construction costs by reducing period of construction since the waterproof construction in winter is possible.
본 발명은 규산질계 내한성 침투 방수제 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 분말부와 액상부를 포함하되, 상기 분말부는 포틀랜드 시멘트 25~35중량%, 알루미나 시멘트 2~5중량%, 지연제 0.01~0.2중량%, 규사 55~66.79중량%, 재유화형 분말수지 2~5중량%, 증점제 0.2~0.3중량% 및 규조토 4~10중량%를 포함하고, 상기 액상부는 아크릴 액상 수지 33~38중량%, 콜로이드 실리카 8~10중량%, 리튬실리케이트 4~10중량%, 방부제 0.5~1중량%, 동결방지제 5~8중량% 및 희석용제 36~46중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명에 의하면 -5℃의 저온에서도 액상부가 동결되지 않음은 물론, 액상부와 분말부가 혼합된 후 페이스트 상태를 유지하고, 시공 후 빠른 양생이 이루어져 겨울철 방수시공이 가능토록 하는 효과가 있다. 아울러, 겨울철 방수시공이 가능함으로써, 공기를 단축할 수 있어 건설비용을 현저히 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
