HOLLOW CORE CONCRETE FORMER AND PRECAST CONCRETE FOR CONSTRUCTION OF HOLLOW CORE SLAB
The present invention relates to a hollow core and a precast concrete slab for the construction of a hollow slab. The present invention provides the precast concrete slab for the construction of a hollow slab in which the hollow core is embedded to be fixed. The hollow core comprises embedded protrusions formed on the bottom of a three-dimensional body with the open bottom and the hollow inside; and a boundary rib formed on a start position of the embedded protrusions. The embedded protrusions are embedded in a concrete base while adjusting the embedded depth of the embedded protrusions using the boundary rib. The body of the hollow core has an arch surface of which the upper edge is an arch shape. The embedded protrusions are formed along the bottom edge of the body at a predetermined interval while the width is gradually widened downward. The present invention is to obtain a hollow body to the manufacture of the precast concrete slab for the construction of a hollow slab. The hollow body is firmly fixed to obtain the precast concrete slab used to construct a hollow slab. Thus, the present invention can conveniently and quickly construct the hollow slab by assembling the precast concrete slab to be constructed in a construction site.
본 발명은 중공체 및 중공 슬래브 시공용 프리캐스트 콘크리트 슬래브에 관한 것으로서,내부가 비어 있고 저면이 개방된 입체형상의 몸체 하단에 박힘단이 형성되고, 상기 박힘단의 시작지점에 형성된 경계리브를 포함하여, 상기 박힘단이 상기 경계리브에 의해 박히는 깊이가 조절되면서 상기 콘크리트 베이스에 박히되,상기 몸체는 상부 모서리가 아치형태를 이루는 아치면이 형성되고, 상기 박힘단은 상기 몸체의 하단에서 가장자리를 따라 일정한 간격으로 형성되되,폭이 하부방향으로 점차 넓어지도록 형성되는 중공체가 박혀서 고정된 중공슬래브 시공용 프리캐스트 콘크리트 슬래브를 제안하여,중공 슬래브 시공용 프리캐스트 콘크리트 슬래브 제작에 적합한 중공체를 얻을 수 있고, 그러한 중공체가 견고하게 고정되어 중공 슬래브를 시공하는데 사용되는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 슬래브를 얻을 수 있게 되는바, 이러한 프리캐스트 콘크리트 슬래브를 시공현장에서 조립식으로 시공함으로써 중공 슬래브를 보다 편리하고 신속하게 시공하여 줄 수 있도록 하는데 도움을 줄 수 있게 되는 중공체 및 중공 슬래브 시공용 프리캐스트 콘크리트 슬래브에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a hollow core and a precast concrete slab for the construction of a hollow slab. The present invention provides the precast concrete slab for the construction of a hollow slab in which the hollow core is embedded to be fixed.
