VIBRATION AND NOISE REDUCTION MATERIAL FOR BUILDINGS
The present invention relates to a vibration and noise reduction material between floors for an apartment building and, more specifically, to a vibration and noise reduction material between floors for an apartment building, wherein primally generated vibration energy passes through a structure stacked in a multiple stage for vibration to be uniformly dispersed, and a direction of vibration is rotated for final vibration transmitted to a floor slab to be weaken. Moreover, when vibration in an upper portion is transmitted by changing a material, a frequency is converted for noise to be reduced. As stated above, according to the present invention, a reduction material for an apartment building enables primally generated vibration to be uniformly dispersed in a plastic corrugated layer, and replaces vibration which is uniform in an upper portion of a steel band formed as a thin steel plate to be linear. Moreover, as the replaced vibration is secondarily and uniformly dispersed in an EVA band, final vibration transmitted to a floor slab of the lowest end is efficiently reduced. Further, construction is simple and easy for workability to be improved, and working time is shortened.
본 발명은 공동주택용 층간진동소음 저감재에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 최초로 발생되는 진동에너지를 다단으로 적층된 구조물을 통과함으로써 진동을 균등 분산하고, 진동의 방향을 회전시켜 바닥 슬래브에 전달되는 최종 진동을 약화시키며, 상부의 진동을 재질에 변화를 주어 전달 시 주파수를 변환하여 소음을 저감시키는 공동주택용 층간진동소음 저감재에 관한 것이다. 상기한 바와 같은 본 발명에 따른 공동주택용 저감재는 최초로 발생되어진 진동을 단프라층에서 균등하게 분산하고, 얇은 강판으로 형성된 스틸 밴드의 상부에 등분포되어진 진동을 선형으로 치환하며, 또한, 상기 치환된 진동을 EVA 밴드에서 2차적으로 균등하게 분산함으로써, 최하단의 바닥 슬래브에 전달되는 최종 진동을 효율적으로 저감하는 효과가 있다. 또한, 시공이 간단 용이하여 작업성을 향상시키고, 작업 시간도 단축하는 효과도 있다.
