RETAINING WALL HAVING NATURAL ROCK AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a natural stone retaining wall structure and a construction method thereof. The objective of the present invention is to provide a natural stone retaining wall structure and a construction method thereof capable of firmly fixing natural stones and preventing the destruction and overturning of the natural stone retaining wall by easily hardening backfilling soil. The natural stone retaining wall structure is formed by separately installing the natural stones from an inclined surface or a cut surface at a predetermined distance and then charging a space between the natural stone and the inclined surface or the cut surface with backfilling soil. The natural stone retaining wall structure comprises: a plurality of natural foundation stones fixed on the ground in an erected state; a plurality of natural stones piled up in multiple stages to be positioned on the natural foundation stones; fixing units installed on the rear surface of the natural foundation stones and the natural stones; foundation fiber reinforcements having one end connected to the fixing units fixed on the natural foundation stones and the other end extended upward along the inclined surface or the cut surface; and a plurality of horizontal fiber reinforcements to support the natural stones by horizontally connecting the fixing units fixed on the natural stones and connection units installed in the foundation fiber reinforcements positioned along the inclined surface. The present invention can form the natural stone retaining wall structure by integrally connecting the foundation fiber reinforcements and the horizontal fiber reinforcements of the natural stone retaining wall structure without an additional fixing unit to fix fiber reinforcements connected to the natural stones.
본 발명은 자연석 옹벽 구조물 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 자연석을 견고하게 연결 고정하고, 뒷채움토의 다짐작업을 용이하게 실시하여 자연석 옹벽의 파괴 및 전도를 방지할 수 있는 자연석 옹벽 구조물 및 그 시공방법을 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명은 경사면 또는 절개면으로부터 소정거리 이격되어 자연석이 설치되고, 상기 자연석과 경사면 또는 절개면 사이에 뒷채움토가 채움되는 자연석 옹벽구조물에 있어서; 지반에 기립형태로 고정설치되는 복수의 기초자연석과, 기초자연석의 상측에 위치하도록 다단으로 적층되는 복수의 자연석과, 기초자연석 및 자연석의 후면에 설치되는 고정구와, 기초자연석에 고정설치되는 고정구에 일측단이 연결설치되고 타측단이 경사면 또는 절개면을 따라 상부로 연장되도록 설치되는 기초섬유보강재와, 자연석에 고정설치되는 고정구와 경사면을 따라 위치하는 기초섬유보강재에 설치된 연결구를 수평으로 연결하여 자연석을 지지하는 복수의 수평섬유보강재를 포함하여, 자연석과 연결된 섬유보강재의 고정을 위한 별도의 정착수단없이 자연석 옹벽구조물의 기초섬유보강재와 수평섬유보강재가 일체로 연결되어 자연석 옹벽구조물을 형성하도록 되어 있다.

The present invention relates to a natural stone retaining wall structure and a construction method thereof. The objective of the present invention is to provide a natural stone retaining wall structure and a construction method thereof capable of firmly fixing natural stones and preventing the destruction and overturning of the natural stone retaining wall by easily hardening backfilling soil. The natural stone retaining wall structure comprises: a plurality of natural foundation stones fixed on the ground in an erected state; a plurality of natural stones piled up in multiple stages to be positioned on the natural foundation stones; fixing units installed on the rear surface of the natural foundation stones and the natural stones; foundation fiber reinforcements having one end connected to the fixing units fixed on the natural foundation stones and the other end extended upward along the inclined surface or the cut surface; and a plurality of horizontal fiber reinforcements to support the natural stones by horizontally connecting the fixing units fixed on the natural stones and connection units installed in the foundation fiber reinforcements positioned along the inclined surface. The present invention can form the natural stone retaining wall structure by integrally connecting the foundation fiber reinforcements and the horizontal fiber reinforcements of the natural stone retaining wall structure without an additional fixing unit to fix fiber reinforcements connected to the natural stones.
본 발명은 자연석 옹벽 구조물 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 자연석을 견고하게 연결 고정하고, 뒷채움토의 다짐작업을 용이하게 실시하여 자연석 옹벽의 파괴 및 전도를 방지할 수 있는 자연석 옹벽 구조물 및 그 시공방법을 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명은 경사면 또는 절개면으로부터 소정거리 이격되어 자연석이 설치되고, 상기 자연석과 경사면 또는 절개면 사이에 뒷채움토가 채움되는 자연석 옹벽구조물에 있어서; 지반에 기립형태로 고정설치되는 복수의 기초자연석과, 기초자연석의 상측에 위치하도록 다단으로 적층되는 복수의 자연석과, 기초자연석 및 자연석의 후면에 설치되는 고정구와, 기초자연석에 고정설치되는 고정구에 일측단이 연결설치되고 타측단이 경사면 또는 절개면을 따라 상부로 연장되도록 설치되는 기초섬유보강재와, 자연석에 고정설치되는 고정구와 경사면을 따라 위치하는 기초섬유보강재에 설치된 연결구를 수평으로 연결하여 자연석을 지지하는 복수의 수평섬유보강재를 포함하여, 자연석과 연결된 섬유보강재의 고정을 위한 별도의 정착수단없이 자연석 옹벽구조물의 기초섬유보강재와 수평섬유보강재가 일체로 연결되어 자연석 옹벽구조물을 형성하도록 되어 있다.
